Any use of the artist's works must be subject to a prior request for authorization from the ADAGP, the French society for the collection and distribution of copyright in the field of graphic and plastic arts (www.adagp.fr)
All trademarks, photographs, texts, comments, illustrations, images (animated or not), video sequences, sounds, as well as all computer applications that could be used to operate the Site, and more generally all elements reproduced or used on the Site, are protected by the laws in force under intellectual property.
They are the full and complete property of the Publisher or its partners, unless otherwise specified. Any reproduction, representation, use or adaptation, in any form whatsoever, of all or part of these elements, including computer applications, without the prior written consent of the Publisher, is strictly prohibited. The Publisher's failure to take action upon becoming aware of such unauthorized use does not constitute acceptance of such use or a waiver of such action.
Only private use within the family circle is permitted and any other use constitutes an infringement of copyright and/or neighbouring rights, punishable under the Intellectual Property Code.
