“La Place du Rêve” is a stele-sculpture in the form of an Amerindian medicine wheel, located in Deshaies, Guadeloupe.
It is an oriented circle, where the four cardinal points are marked.
The “Kioukan,” the artist’s dreamlike character, is placed around the edge of the stele.
“La Place du Rêve” is a tribute to our Kalinago ancestors.
